What To Expect
This is for anyone who is curious but nervous about joining yoga class. Over the 4 weeks you will learn how to go from nervous newbie to confident practitioner.
Each week you will learn in a small group setting, maximum 8 people, in a quiet cosy private studio space.
As a group we will grow together and learn. With being part of a small group there will be time for personal support and modifications.
After each session you will receive a handout and a link to a short YouTube video for you to practice at home.
There will be time after class to chat and troubleshoot specifics
This is a 4 week block and can not be booked separately.
