
What To Expect
We will begin with some deep tissue work with seasonal yang yoga. These poses will all be aligned with the chakras and meridians of the season.

Wellbeing practitioner Gillian Watt will lead an essential oils workshops where you will learn how to use oils to help with holistic health.
​
This will be followed by some yin and relaxing restorative yoga. A chance to allow the muscles to soften and release. We will use all the props to make this as comfortable and restful as possible.
​
To finish will be some peaceful meditation to ease and sooth the mind.
​
This workshop is fully suitable for beginners or those new to yoga. Ideal for anyone who would like to feel grounded and calm for the new year.
​
There will also be a plant based lunch and snacks provided to nourish your body.
​
You'll also receive a small gift to take home as a memento of your day.
