What To Expect
We will begin with some deep tissue work with seasonal yin yoga. These poses are all seated or reclined. Sometimes we will use props to support the body.

This will be followed by some relaxing restorative yoga. A chance to allow the muscles to soften and release.
​
To finish will be some peaceful yoga nidra to fully unwind the mind. This is sometimes called sleep yoga. You will feel calm and at ease.
​
This workshop is fully suitable for beginners or those new to yoga. Ideal for anyone who would like to see how yoga can help with stress relief.
​
After all the yoga you can enjoy a cuppa and a little treat provided by me.
