What To Expect
As part of the retreat we will have exclusive use of 2 of the cottages at Capo.
Friday will be welcome and arrive day.
Settle into your room, meet your new friends, have a look around the new surroundings.
We will enjoy an afternoon yoga session followed by a hearty warming dinner.
After dinner a bit of time for yourself and then a nice relaxing restorative yoga and yoga nidra.
Saturday will start with a morning meditation and yoga practice.
Following practice we will come together for Brunch and then there will be more free time to chill and maybe take a dip in the hot tub, or curl up beside the wood burning stove and relax with a book.
Saturday afternoon will be a craft mosaic session lead by a specialist. Here you will get to make a memory of your lovely weekend.
Saturday evening will be dinner and then a relaxing yoga nidra and pranayama before bedtime.
Sunday morning will start with meditation and mudra before our last brunch.
More optional yoga if you like, or some time to reflect on your weekend.
Final chance to use the hot tub, walk to the river or relax by the fire before it's time for goodbyes.
