April Rest and Relax Workshop

This is the class for all those looking for a deeply relaxing and restorative class.

Service Description

You will enjoy the calmative effects of yin, restorative and yoga nidra to help you feel calm, soothed and rested. After class we will have a cuppa and a little treat provided by me. Please bring a blanket and pillow for class. Plenty of free parking at the location
