A 4 part series to build your practice as a beginner or for anyone looking for a refresher in a small group environment.

What To Expect
Over August and September these classes are open to anyone who has been to any of my beginners blocks or is looking to fine tune their practice.
Week 1 - August 21st - Beginners Basics - An introduction to yoga, breath, foundational poses set up, what to understand about your body and how to find your version of postural alignment. If you have any injuries or need specific modification then in this session I will be able to guide you.
Week 2 - August 28th - Beginners Backbends - A class focussed on strengthening the support system of the body to help you safely move your spine in all directions. Having a mobile and healthy spine is vital as we age.
Week 3 -September 4th- Happy hips and hamstrings - Tight hips and hamstrings are some of the most common reasons people are drawn to yoga. In this class we will look at a variety or hip/hamstring strengtheners as well as lengtheners.
Week 4 - September 11th - Brilliant balance- Having a strong and stable core is vital for function and protection of our organs, as well as helping with balancing poses. Balancing is challenging mentally and physically so in this class we will break down the steps to help you find more stability when balancing as well as have a little bit if fun playtime too.
Each workshop can be booked individually.
