What To Expect
As part of the retreat we will have exclusive use of 2 of the cottages at Capo.

Friday will be welcome and arrive day.
Settle into your room, meet your new friends, have a look around the new surroundings.
​
We will enjoy an afternoon yoga session followed by a hearty warming dinner.
After dinner a bit of time for yourself and then a nice relaxing restorative yoga and yoga nidra.
​
Saturday will start with a morning meditation and yoga practice.
Following practice we will come together for brunch and then there will be more free time to chill and maybe take a dip in the hot tub, or curl up beside the wood burning stove and relax with a book.
​
There are walks around Edzel a short drive away or for those early birds there is the option to walk to the stones of solitude.
​
Saturday afternoon will be hosted by Katrino from Yogi Oils, a pal and amazing yogi who will lead us through a natural wreath making workshop. Here you will get to make a memory of your lovely weekend.

Saturday evening will be dinner and then a relaxing yoga nidra and pranayama before bedtime.
​
Sunday morning will start with meditation and mudra before our last brunch.
A last taster session of myofascial yoga using the spiky balls to get a nice deep release.
​
Final chance to use the hot tub, walk to the river or relax by the fire before it's time for goodbyes.
