What To Expect
We will enjoy some deep tissue work with yin yoga. These poses are all seated or reclined. Sometimes we will use props to support the body. There will be options and modifications offered so you can find your own version of the pose. The poses are all held for a few minutes, but you can come out at any time.

This class is fully suitable for beginners or those new to yoga. Ideal for anyone who would like to see how yoga can help with stress relief.

After all the yoga you can enjoy a cuppa and a little vegan treat provided by me.
