Logistics
Bring
Yoga Mat
Pillow or cushion (or a yoga bolster if you have one)
Blanket/throw
Cosy socks and jumper
Yoga Blocks or bricks if you have.

The session will be in 3 parts.
Yin yoga to gentle release tension from the body - long passive holds in gentle seated or reclined poses.
Restorative yoga with props to relax and allow support and deepen relaxation.
Yoga Nidra a guided meditation to allow the mind to quieten and the nervous system to feel soothed and regulated.

I've been teaching classes, hosting workshops and retreats in Aberdeen since 2017.

Providing gentle, restful workshops for the lovely people of Aberdeen who need to relax. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted or burnt out this could be just the workshop for you.

Our yoga practices will be suitable for absolute beginners and those with a little more experience alike.
