Yoga Retreats are a fantastic way to dedicate time to your yoga practice in stunning surroundings, coupled with plenty of time for chats, crafts and connection with a side order of self-care activities like massages, nature hikes and more to round of your yoga holiday experience.
I host week-long retreats on the gorgeous islands of Ibiza and Lanzarote and weekends in Scotland throughout the year.
What happens on a yoga retreat?
Every yoga retreat is a little bit different depending on the location we're visiting, the duration, mood.
Here's a rough overview of the things you can expect as part of your yoga retreat experience:

Yoga is a big feature - expect a couple of practices a day, one a bit more energising in the morning and either a workshop on a specific skill in the afternoon or a chilled session in the evening.

Amazing food provided by a Private Chef. We sometimes even get a live cooking class, or theatre dining!

Culture - there's also excursions like walks, beach picnics, browsing at local markets depending on where we are.
