For Cancellation of any classes / workshops the following policy applies. 

• **All cancellations will be minus the transaction fee from Stripe 1.4%**

• For cancellation 7 days or more prior to class or workshop 100% refundable**

• For cancellation within 7 days 50% refundable**

• For cancellation within 24h non refundable**

All refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Retreat Terms & Conditions

Wise Little Yogi

By booking a retreat with Wise Little Yogi, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are here to create clarity, fairness, and a smooth, supportive experience for everyone.

1. Booking & Payments
   •    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space on the retreat.
   •    Payment plans may be available and must be completed in line with agreed dates.
   •    The full balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the retreat start date, unless otherwise stated.
   •    If payment is not received on time, your space may be released and your deposit retained.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. The following policy is in place to keep things fair for both you and us:
   •    The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
   •    If you need to cancel your place:
   •    More than 6 months before the retreat start date:
Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
   •    Between 6 months and 2 months before the retreat start date:
50% of the total retreat cost will be refunded (minus the non-refundable deposit).
   •    Less than 2 months before the retreat start date:
The full amount is non-refundable.
   •    You are welcome to transfer your place to another person if you can no longer attend (subject to approval).

3. Retreat Changes or Cancellation (by Us)

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or make significant changes to the retreat:
   •    You will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future retreat.
   •    Wise Little Yogi is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as flights or travel arrangements.

4. Travel & Insurance
   •    Flights and travel are not included unless explicitly stated.
   •    You are responsible for arranging your own transport to and from the retreat location.
   •    We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations, illness, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Health & Wellbeing
   •    By attending the retreat, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate.
   •    Please inform us in advance of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns.
   •    All activities are optional — you are encouraged to listen to your body at all times and take rest when needed.

6. Accommodation
   •    Rooms are allocated based on your booking type (shared or private).
   •    Where sharing, we will do our best to match guests thoughtfully, but this cannot be guaranteed.
   •    Retreats are intimate and often involve shared spaces — we ask all guests to be respectful of each other and the environment.

7. Alcohol & Retreat Environment

Our retreats are designed to support wellness, rest, and relaxation.
   •    Alcohol is not included as part of the retreat experience.
   •    We gently encourage guests to avoid alcohol during the retreat, to fully benefit from the practices and overall experience.
   •    Outside of the retreat space, you are free to make your own choices.

8. Liability
   •    Participation in the retreat is at your own risk.
   •    Wise Little Yogi is not liable for:
   •    Injuries sustained during the retreat
   •    Loss or damage to personal belongings
   •    Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions

9. Code of Conduct

To keep the retreat a safe and supportive space for all:
   •    Please be respectful of fellow guests, hosts, and the venue
   •    Any behaviour that disrupts the group experience may result in being asked to leave without refund

10. Photography & Media
   •    Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes.
   •    Please let us know if you would prefer not to be included.

11. A Final Note 

Our retreats are created with care to offer a space to slow down, reconnect, and feel supported.

These terms are here to protect both you and us, and to allow everything to run as smoothly as possible.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Alison Wiseman. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from me, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide me with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify me at any time.

Terms of Purchase. 

When purchasing services or goods, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

 

The prices I charge for the services and products I offer are listed on the website. I reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your chosen payment method.
