Spring Equinox Retreat

As the seasons shift and Spring arrives, we've got a programme centred around renewal and fresh beginnings.

Set in the beautiful coastal village of Lower Largo, this weekend is all about creating space to breathe deeply, move your body, enjoy good food, and soak up simple, meaningful moments.

Think cosy evenings, grounding practices, sea air, and a lovely group of like-minded souls coming together to rest and reset.

Included in Your Retreat:

• Twice-daily yoga sessions with Ali, featuring a variety of styles including Yogalates (with weights and resistance bands), Hatha Flow, Gentle Flow, Yin and Restorative Yoga.

• Guided nature walks to explore the beautiful local surroundings.

• Plenty of free time to relax, unwind, read, journal, enjoy the gardens, connect with fellow guests or simply soak up the peaceful atmosphere.

• Delicious, hearty, home-cooked plant-based meals lovingly prepared by our chef and host, Meridith.
