Yoga in the workplace. 

As part of my services I am able to offer a variety of yoga options to corporate clients. This can be done in your workplace, in an external studio space, or online.  As workplace well-being becomes increasingly important for the mental and physical health of employees, yoga can be a tool to help reduce stress, improve posture,  increase energy, aid focus, help with digestion as well as find better flexibility.

In addition to these benefits as an Accredited Menopause Yoga Teacher there is also an option to have a series of themed sessions to support the women in the workplace who are managing their menopause symptoms. 

​

Session can be held in your workplace or virtually or a hybrid class with an option for those working from home.
