Introduction

Relax and stretch your body, quieten your mind, deepen the breath. Release, relax, let go. 

Yin Yoga with lots of props and cute, cosy candlelight.

Calming breathwork to sooth and regulate the nervous system. 

Absolutely no experience required.

A super gentle extended grounding yoga workshop with a cosy candles for a calming vibe, lots of props to support you and a practice designed to help you rest and relax. Leaving you feeling refreshed and calm. 

Tea, coffee and home bakes included.

Logistics

Bring

Yoga Mat

Pillow or cushion (or a yoga bolster if you have one)

Blanket/throw

Cosy socks and jumper

Yoga Blocks or bricks if you have.

The session will be an indulgent extended Yin Yoga Practice.   

Yin yoga to gentle release tension from the body - long passive holds in gentle seated or reclined poses. 

 

Soothing breathwork to leave you feeling peaceful and calm.

Having looked at the various classes on offer I opted for the 'Yin' Yoga' class and have never looked back. Ali is a genuinely lovely person who teaches with compassion and care, always observing her students positioning and above all ensuring their comfort is key whilst getting the most from the poses and stretches that are practiced. Hi, I'm Ali!

I've been teaching classes, hosting workshops and retreats in Aberdeen since 2017.

Providing gentle, restful workshops for the lovely people of Aberdeen who need to relax. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted or burnt out this could be just the workshop for you.

Our yoga practices will be suitable for absolute beginners and those with a little more experience alike.
