Service Description

This is your 1:1 personalised yoga experience. Whether you are looking for some specific support on an aspect of holistic well-being or working on body movement or would prefer a more private and exclusive appointment then this is for you. Prior to your firsts session we will connect via the phone or video call and go over what your expectations from the experience will be and I will ask some questions so I can prepare a sequence specifically for you. At the appointment you will receive my support and guidance on how to modify and adapt your practice for your body, The appointment will be held at the Riverside studio and I will provide al the equipment needed. Weekend appointments are available on request.
