A gentle practice involving seated or reclined poses held for a few minutes to find deep release in the body and mind.

 

Expect to use yoga props for ultimate comfort and relaxation.

Menopause

Menopause Yoga

A class specifically for women who are experiencing menopausal symptoms. This class is designed to help support you during this transitional time.

 

Expect to find support through sharing circle conversations, tailored breathing techniques, specially sequenced postures, restorative and relaxing yoga to relieve menopausal symptoms.
