This is a special 2 hours of time out for you to stretch, release and relax. We'll use all the props to make the most supportive and nourishing practice for you possible. Take a break from all the distractions and enjoy some well deserved me time. Added bonus is the Fittie Hall has underfloor heating - so cosy!
