Cancellation Policy
Retreat Terms & Conditions Wise Little Yogi By booking a retreat, you agree to the following terms, created to keep things clear, fair, and supportive for everyone Booking & Payments A non-refundable deposit secures your space. Payment plans may be available and must be completed on time. The full balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the retreat start date. If payment is not received, your space may be released and your deposit retained. Cancellation Policy Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to cancel: • More than 6 months before: payments beyond the deposit will be refunded • 6–2 months before: 50% of the total retreat cost will be refunded (minus deposit) • Less than 2 months before: no refunds You are welcome to transfer your place to another person (subject to approval). If your space can be filled, we will always do our best to offer a refund where possible. Changes or Cancellation (by Us) If the retreat is cancelled or significantly changed, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future retreat. We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel. Travel & Insurance Travel is not included unless stated. You are responsible for arranging your journey. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Health & Participation By attending, you confirm you are fit to participate. Please share any injuries or conditions in advance. All activities are optional — you are encouraged to move in a way that feels right for you. Accommodation Rooms are allocated based on booking type. Shared spaces are part of the retreat experience, and we ask everyone to be respectful and considerate. Alcohol & Retreat Environment These retreats are centred around wellness, rest, and relaxation. Alcohol is not included, and we gently encourage guests to avoid it during the retreat to fully benefit from the experience. Outside of retreat spaces, you are free to make your own choices. Liability Participation is at your own risk. Wise Little Yogi is not liable for injuries, loss of belongings, or travel disruptions. Code of Conduct We aim to create a warm, supportive space. Respect for others and the environment is expected at all times. Photography Photos/videos may be taken for promotional use. Please let us know if you prefer not to be included. By booking, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
