Looking for a way to unwind and nourish your body soul on a Sunday here in Aberdeen? Look no further than this Yoga Brunch! Join in for a rejuvenating yoga session followed by a delicious and plant based brunch.

 

I will gently guide you through a relaxing yoga practice suitable for all levels (including beginners)  at the gorgeous Fittie Community hall - down at Aberdeen Beach. 

All served with tea or coffee by the Food Fairy (aka Mum)
