Cancellation Policy

Weekly Classes I understand that life happens and plans can change. Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the class start time through your online account. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your class: PAYG bookings will receive a refund, minus any payment processing fees. Class pass and membership bookings will be returned to your account for you to book another class. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another class. If you do not attend your booked class without cancelling, your booking will be treated as a late cancellation. Workshops & Events Spaces are limited and workshops require advance planning, venue costs and preparation. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend within the 7day period, you are welcome to transfer your place to a friend or family member. Please let me know their details before the event so I can update the booking. Retreats Retreat bookings are subject to their own individual booking terms and cancellation policy, which are available as per the retreat page & will be provided at the time of booking.
