For Weekly Timetabled Classes or weekend workshops/events **not including residential retreats** Cancellation 7 days in advance or more - fully refundable Cancellation 6-3 days prior - 50% refundable Cancellation on day of event or day prior to event - non refundable. All refunds are minus the merchant transaction fee of 2.1% + 0.20p For Residential Retreats or Day Guest Retreats See Retreat Docs Deposits non refundable No shows are non refundable. Non transferable to another date or time in line with other ticket sales for events
