Join us for a beautifully curated Galentine’s Mini Retreat in Aberdeen — the perfect way to spend a Sunday morning reconnecting with yourself and celebrating friendship. This intimate wellness experience blends low-impact movement, gentle yoga, and holistic facial massage techniques, offering a full-body reset without overwhelm. Expect a relaxed, supportive atmosphere where everything is beginner-friendly and easy to follow. After the sessions, we’ll enjoy nourishing snacks, refreshments, and time to ask questions and connect. Come solo or with a friend — this is your invitation to slow down and feel good.

The Experience

This Galentine’s Mini Retreat is designed to leave you feeling stronger in your body, calmer in your mind, and more confident in your natural glow. You’ll move with intention, soften areas of tension, and learn simple techniques you can take home — from posture-boosting ballet movements to gentle yoga practices and facial massage tools that support relaxation and healthy ageing. The takeaway is a sense of ease, uplifted energy, and practical self-care rituals you can continue long after the event.

•    Ballet Body Method (45 mins)
A signature low-impact, ballet-inspired workout led by Emma. Using graceful, strength-building movements, this class improves posture, tones muscles, and boosts energy — no dance experience required.
   •    Gentle Flow & Restore Yoga (45 mins)
A calming yoga practice combining gentle flow, mindful movement, and restorative poses to release tension and settle the nervous system. Perfect for all levels, including beginners.
   •    Facial Massage Workshop (45 mins)
Learn holistic facial massage techniques with Pamela, a specialist in non-invasive face contouring. Discover natural, Botox-free anti-ageing methods using vegan and cruelty-free products to support glow, circulation, and relaxation.
   •    Snacks, Refreshments & Q&A
Enjoy nourishing treats after the sessions, with time to ask questions, chat, and soak up the relaxed Galentine’s vibes.

   •    What to Bring: Comfortable cosy clothing, water bottle, a pillow and blanket for savasana and for super sensitive skin bringing your own moisturiser/face oil is recommended  (mats and props provided)

I’m Ali, a yoga teacher and wellness event host based in Aberdeen, and I absolutely love creating welcoming spaces for people to slow down, move, and feel good. Hosting yoga and wellness events — here in Aberdeen and further afield — is one of my greatest joys, especially when it brings people together in meaningful, nourishing ways.

I’m passionate about working with other talented practitioners and creatives to offer thoughtfully curated wellness workshops, and I truly believe Aberdeen deserves more spaces like this — relaxed, inclusive, and supportive.
