A super gentle extended grounding yoga workshop with a cosy underfloor heat, lots of props to support you and a practice designed to help you rest and relax. Leaving you feeling refreshed and calm.
Target areas of deeper tension with use of myofascial balls.
A quiet, calm soothing space to allow for deep release, relaxation and inner peace.


Logistics
Bring
Yoga Mat
Pillow or cushion (or a yoga bolster if you have one)
Blanket/throw
Cosy socks and jumper
Yoga Blocks or bricks if you have.
The session will be an extended Yoga Practice.
Gentle targeted flow to help find space and movement in tight spaces in the body.
Use of myofascial release techniques using the spiky balls in specific areas.
Yin yoga to gentle release tension from the body - long passive holds in gentle seated or reclined poses.
Soothing breathwork to leave you feeling peaceful and calm.

I've been teaching classes, hosting workshops and retreats in Aberdeen since 2017.
Providing gentle, restful workshops for the lovely people of Aberdeen who need to relax. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted or burnt out this could be just the workshop for you.
